This cantilevered coffee table was designed by Taeho Kwon - a temple carpenter from Korea who incorporates traditional East Asian carpentry into his furniture design. The walnut base is attached to the maple top via an incredibly strong temple construction joint called a Fist Tenon - no screws or nails are present anywhere on this piece.
