This writing desk is designed by fine furniture maker Jonathan Cohen, who in his own words is “not fond of squatty, earth-bound furniture.”

Straight lines which serve no structural purpose are gently stretched into a curve, and the stretcher in the middle is raised high to make the piece feel even lighter. The ripples on the stretcher and legs, and especially the tabletop, makes this desk stand out.
